This practice is terrific. Dr. MICHAEL JAY HERSH combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. She’s also an excellent surgeon. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. MICHAEL JAY HERSH, he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He’s awesome. Also, when he knew my medication was expensive on my insurance, he looked up what competing pharmacies charged with GoodRX and printed me out the prices – saved me lots!

Such a great office and doctor. The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding. We’ve never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!
