I recently had my first visit with Dr. CHAD M CONKLIN and it was a delight. She immediately made me feel very comfortable and it felt as if she had been my doctor for years. I am very happy to have found a primary care physician that I feel I can trust and connect with.

It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcome! Dr. CHAD M CONKLIN as well as her staff are awesome, they listen and give the best advice. Dr. CHAD M CONKLIN really strives to give the best care possible to each of her patients.

Dr. CHAD M CONKLIN has been my primary for several years and is caring, practical, knowledgeable and listens. Not much more I could ask for. I feel comfortable that she is looking after my well-being.

Such a great office and doctor. The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding. We’ve never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!

Doctor CHAD M CONKLIN is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. Hes even helped assist me with others in the family. He does not rush you in and out, expect a wait because he takes time with his patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man.
